Returns Accepted

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Full refund issued to original payment method
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
• Return shipping covered by us for verified damaged/defective items

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Items without original tags
• Worn, washed, or altered items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at christina@ohsherose.ca with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions and address within 24-48 hours
3. Ship item back with tracking (we recommend insured shipping)

Refund Timeline Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Size Exchanges Need a different size? Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order in your preferred size. This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible.
