We strive to accurately display the colors and details of our products on the website. However, due to variations in monitors and photography, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see will be exactly the same as the actual product.
All prices are listed in Canadian and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.
Sales tax will be added to orders as required by applicable law.

3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.
Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Payment can be made through Shop pay, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store your credit card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most Canadian locations.
Shipping costs are included.
Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy is outlined on our return policy page. Please review it carefully before placing an order.
Generally, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 15 days of delivery, with tags still attached.
Certain items coming from our American manufacturer are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue. Please be sure to check size charts before purchase and feel free to contact Christina with any questions or concerns. Jewlery and undergarments are not eligible for return.
Return shipping is free if you contact us within 15 days of receipt of your items. We will forward you a shipping label and you can send the item back to the manufacturer
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
